March 24, 2026 — Hospice & I/OCE Fee Schedule Pricing 🏥¶
- [NEW] Hospice Fee Schedule Pricing: The Myelin processing engine now supports simultaneous processing of Hospice claims alongside the Integrated Outpatient Code Editor (I/OCE) with native fee schedule pricing.
- Specifically, this addresses CMS logic where the I/OCE remaps Status Indicator M to A for services billed with Revenue Code 0657, making them eligible for fee schedule pricing rather than bundling or rejection.
- You can enable this new pricing logic automatically by requesting both
["HOSPICE", "IOCE"]in your/myelin/process/ppsmodules array, and setting theprice_fee_beta: trueflag in the claim'sadditional_dataobject.
March 20, 2026 — PFS Single-Call Calculator & QP Differential Pricing 🧮¶
- [NEW] Localized PFS Rate Calculator Endpoint: We've introduced a powerful new API endpoint (
GET /fee-schedules/pfs/calculate) that resolves a provider's NPI to their geographic practice location and outputs their fully localized facility and non-facility Physician Fee Schedule rates in a single call. No more chaining NPI lookups, ZIP code mappings, and GPCI manual math! - [ENHANCEMENT] QP vs. Non-QP Differential Pricing: The Fee Schedule API and Data Viewers have been upgraded to support the new CMS differential conversion factors for Qualifying APM Participants (QP).
- The API search endpoint now includes a
price_indicatorparameter (1for QP,9for Standard). By default, all backend calculations (e.g., claims processing) and API searches will fallback to standard/non-QP pricing, ensuring 100% backward compatibility. - The Fee Schedule Data Viewer now features a "Pricing" column visually distinguishing QP rates from Standard rates.
March 12, 2026 — Provider Alerts 🔔¶
- [NEW] Provider Alerts: Track material changes to specific CMS Provider facilities and receive automated alerts when important data shifts (e.g., Wage Index, Capital Cost-to-Charge Ratios). Check out the new guide on Provider Alerts.
